JOIN OUR SUPPORT SERVICES TEAM
At WPL we have two support services teams, the Analytics Team and the Business Operations Team.
If you love working with data in PowerBI and are good at using it to drive decisions, then the Analytics Team is for you. You'll provide regular and ad-hoc reporting for both, your colleagues at WPL as well as to our stakeholders within the hospitals. You'll support with the analytics that sits behind procurement activity, and you'll track the performance of various WPL functions against targets, flagging risks early and highlighting trends. You'll also maintain the procurement systems we use, ensuring these are accurate and up to date, as well as make suggestions on how we can improve the efficiency of processes currently in place.
Within the Business Operations Team, you'll ensure the smooth running of WPL as a business. You'll look after the day-to-day operational management and administrative activity across WPL, including HR, IT, recruitment, payroll, communications, newsletter, website, health & safety and much more. Your customers are your WPL colleagues, and with a broad remit of work, you'll bring a can-do attitude with great customer service skills. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to lead key projects to take the business forward, driving improvements in how we work and delivering real value to the business.
